The Executive Director of Safe Passage is responsible for safeguarding the mission, and for the effective and successful management and operations. Safe Passage is a domestic violence, sexual trauma and child advocacy agency. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors. Specific Responsibilities: Provides leadership and strategic direction for Safe Passage on an ongoing basis. Manages all fiscal resources and operations. Directs public relations, social media, rebranding and development/fundraising. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in previous leadership positions and have core competencies in fundraising, board and donor development, and all areas of business operations. Five or more years of executive-level leadership, experience in public speaking, media interaction and grant writing are required. This individual must demonstrate the core values of integrity, transparency, accountability, respect and responsibility. A Bachelors degree is required.
