This report provides a statewide statistical overview of domestic violence based on analysis of South Carolina Incident Based Reporting System data from 1991 2004. It also incorporates FY 2004 05 client data from the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services linked to criminal history record data to create a profile of domestic violence offenders under community correction supervision. It was published in June 2006.
